Overview
Flight Command A is developed and published by Randy Farmer. FCA is a local-first desktop application. Your Workshop files are stored on your device and are not maintained by Flight Command as a general-purpose hosted cloud library.
Information we may process
To provide FCA and its connection to supported AI services, we may process account identity and authentication information; Microsoft Store ownership, subscription, renewal, refund, and entitlement status; device identifiers, public keys, pairing credentials, and session information; Workshop identifiers and aliases; commands, inputs, responses, timestamps, task status, and connection metadata needed to route operations you request between a connected AI service and your paired device; and security, diagnostic, and support information needed to protect, troubleshoot, and operate the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you and your paired devices; verify Microsoft Store ownership and subscription entitlement; route and complete operations you request; maintain connection security and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse; diagnose failures and provide support; and meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Workshop files and task content
Your Workshop files remain on your paired device unless you deliberately direct an operation that requires information to be transmitted. Information needed to perform that request may pass through the Flight Command connection and the connected AI service. Flight Command does not maintain a general-purpose hosted copy or cloud library of your FCA Workshop.
Website information
This website may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure web pages, such as IP address, browser information, and request information through its hosting and security providers. Flight Command does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Flight Command uses limited first-party website analytics to understand whether visits come from people, recognized crawlers, or unclassified automation; count page views and Get FCA selections; identify commonly visited pages; and estimate engaged time. These records may include the date and time, requested page, browser user-agent information, a temporary random session identifier stored for the browser session, and engagement duration.
The Flight Command analytics system does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or browser fingerprinting, and it does not store raw IP addresses in the analytics records. Website measurements are used to understand reach, improve the site, and evaluate whether people can find the product information they need.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by Microsoft Store, authentication providers, infrastructure and hosting providers, and the connected AI service when required to provide features you request. Those providers process information under their own agreements and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for third-party advertising.
Payments
Purchases and subscription payments are processed by Microsoft Store. Flight Command does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Retention
Account, device, entitlement, security, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service, satisfy requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Task information is retained only as needed to route, complete, secure, or troubleshoot requested operations. You control files stored locally in your Workshop.
Your choices and requests
You may disconnect or revoke paired devices and stop using the Flight Command connection. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by Flight Command, subject to security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements, through the Support page.
Security
Flight Command uses authentication, paired-device credentials, encrypted network connections, bounded access controls, and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
FCA and its connected services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when Flight Command's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page or otherwise communicated when required.
